Moderate sized hunting tract at the end of a dead end road. There is about a 15 acre patch of cover on the east side of the property that was recently timbered. It's grown up into an incredible piece of deer cover. It's extremely thick with lots of raspberry bush and thickets. I jumped a few deer inspecting the property and they would run about 50 yards and stop as they acted as if they knew it was safe. In the center of the property is an 8.5 acre tillable loam field that is currently not in production and has grown up with forbes and cover. This piece is also surrounded by big agricultural fields and timber on 3 sides. The Thornapple River runs through this parcel on the east side and creates some great topography and edge for hunting. The river is fairly shallow and walkable.
