Plenty of updates and upgrades. 2022 - Hardwoods recently refinished, along with fresh paint throughout the house and new floor in kitchen. Windows replaced by previous owner in 2015 (except large picture window in front) 2018 whole house insulation walls and attic completed by professional company. Both Furnace and Air conditioning new 4 years ago, and has ability to be controlled remotely through internet. All appliances included, Dishwasher new this year, stove/oven new 5 years ago. Roof small repairs/maintenance and recertified in September, roofing company said plenty of life left.
